As a local, family-owned, drive thru espresso stand, we pride ourselves in delivering a quality product coupled with exceptional customer service. We are always welcoming people who share these passions to join our stellar team of baristas. We are looking to hire baristas able to work flexible hours. Barista experience is preferred. Must have open availability, great customer service skills, and confidence working in a very fast-paced environment.

Our team is made up of Closers and Openers!​​

Closers are scheduled until 8pm in the winter, and 10pm in the spring and summer.

Closers should expect a mix of opening and mid shifts, depending on weekly needs and availability.

Openers are scheduled at 4:15am on weekdays, and 4:45am on weekends.

Position Requirements:

Barista experience is preferred.

Must be 18 years and older.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be willing to act as either an opener or closer.

Must be flexible with scheduling and have open availability.

Must have both weekday and weekend availability.

Must be able to work holidays.
-
Must be confident working in a faced paced environment.

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.

Must have reliable transportation even in inclement weather.
Basic Job Details:

Long term employment (not seasonal or summer work).

Make outstanding coffee and other exciting beverages.

Craft hot breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

Interact with customers providing stellar customer service.

Must be willing and able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Long hours of being on your feet.

Very fast paced environment that demands multitasking and moving quickly.

Ability to stay organized in a high volume environment.

Cleaning tasks such as mopping, cleaning bathrooms, wiping counters, etc.

This is a part-time position, expect 10-25 hours in a regular week.
